Whilst Brisbane Lights Tours makes every effort to safeguard its customers and their belongings, Brisbane Lights Tours cannot be held responsible or liable for delay, personal injury, death, damage, loss of property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events that are beyond Brisbane Lights Tours' control.
Travel insurance is NOT included. Brisbane Lights Tours recommends adequate insurance be obtained to guard against all accidents and incidents.
If a tour is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is given or the customer rebooked for an alternative date. No refunds for bad weather.
